Have you tried Shower walking?

お知らせ

Have you tried the great adventurous activity of walking in your shower?…no?
Me neither…
Shower walking (シャワーワーキング) Seems to be a term lost a little bit in translation.
It refers to the activity ‘river trekking’, a sport popular in Japan and Taiwan.
There are some names such as river climbing and river racing. These sound far too demanding for the fun and endearing river trekking we offer.

Our river trekking includes professional guides and rope access. Suitable for children ages 5 and up. You’ll enjoy crossing the river, swimming upstream, bathing in waterfalls, sliding down slippery rocks and playing games.

I can see how our version of river trekking was coined shower walking as it sounds a lot more friendly and easygoing. Just a like walking in a shower of water could be fun.

Hakuba Inn Bloom offers an accommodation package with river trekking included. Please check it out here: https://jasmine-hakuba.com/plan/splash-hotel-package-plan/
