Right in the middle of Echoland is Calico. Serving Australian’s a slice of home. Mainly with their number one seller a ‘Smashed burger’. However much I love burgers, it’s breakfast time and I’m not about to miss out on breakfast foods. It’s time for;
DIRTY EGGS
Two fried eggs, potato gems, queso fresco, jalapeños, Calico green sauce, chipotle mayo. Add chorizo.
SPicy!
The Dirty Eggs were amazing! Crispy potato gems, runny eggs, creamy queso, and a spicy kick from the jalapeños and sauces. Adding chorizo made it extra tasty and filling. Super satisfying and full of flavor!
Sure enough to wake you up and kick you out of that hangover!
