Have you ever tried Maple or Biscoff coffee? I have… and it was divine.
Check out these 2 cafe’s I recommend from personal experience in the Hakuba area during your stay at Hakuba Inn Bloom.

In front of lake Aokiko, this classic and modern comfortable mix has a range of treats to tickle all fancies. From skilfully made hot and cold beverages to accompany catch-ups. Light or hearty lunches to fill your belly, I highly recommend the creamy and tangy chicken nanbam. Furthermore, If you’d like to tip off your day with a sweet treat there is a range of luxurious hand-made gelatos and baked goods.

Next to the shiny Iwatake gondola is a new June open O3coffe. It’s a sleek modern design on the first floor of a wooden hotel. With a wide tatami area, long soft sofa’s and an outdoor facing take-out window, this cafe is welcoming to all kinds of customers. All baked goods are hand-made by Maare! She is also welcoming to hear your ideas. If you want to eat it, she would like to try and bake, so let her know. This exchanging of ideas is the O3 concept (Own Opinion Own).
