I LOVE pizza.
Pizza in Japan can sometimes be disappointing, from the small sizes to the sloppy texture, lack of flavour or rubberiness. But that is NOT the case in Hakuba.
There are SO many delicious pizza spots here. So what better way to spend our time than tasting them all?
First up: GARDEN & CAFE EST A

I keep going back for the lunch set: a 21cm pizza with salad. The menu has some great combinations like Nozawa kimchi and Lotus root Genovese.

I recommend sitting on the terrace to view the Hakuba Alps from the wooden cabin while savoring your pizza in a moment of nature.

There’s an awning for rainy days, and if you prefer indoors, the wooden interior is just as calming and cozy.
